What are your shipping policies?
All orders are shipped FedEx 2nd Day Air. 3 month orders are shipped FedEx at NO CHARGE. 1 and 2 month shipping costs are $14 for FedEx 2nd Day Air. Ovenight shipping is not available.
Shipping Policy
- All orders received by 5 pm. EST, Monday - Friday will be processed and shipped that day. All orders received after 5 pm or on Saturday or Sunday, will be processed the next business day.
- No orders will be shipped on Holidays or Saturday or Sunday.
- You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information, when your order has been shipped.
- No orders will be shipped to PO boxes.
- All orders require the signature of an adult when the delivery is made.
Cancellation Policy
- Orders can only be cancelled before the item has shipped.
