Take one (1) capsule with food, or if on an empty stomach with at least 8 fl oz of water. After tolerance levels are determined (typically 1 week); dose should not exceed two (2) capsules per day if desired.

PRECAUCTIONS

Do not take if you have kidney disease, heart disease, high blood pressure, swelling (edema) and certain types of medication allergies especially tartrazine. If on any medication discuss the use of this product with your doctor before ingestion, beacause laxatives may interfere with the absorption of some medications. Do not take if pregnant or lactating.
